Are you a young adult (high school graduate) who loves the Lord and wants to spend a summer living your faith in a real, joyful way?

Serving as Summer Camp Adventure Staff at OLMC Camp is more than a job. It’s an adventure, a community, and a chance to help young people encounter Christ in a life-changing way.

Each summer, we bring together a team of passionate young adults who want to grow in their faith while creating an unforgettable Catholic camp experience for kids and teens. Our Summer Camp Adventure Staff spend their days leading games, exploring the outdoors, building friendships, sharing their faith, and helping campers discover the joy of life with Christ.

We’re looking for servant leaders who:

• Love working with kids and teens

• Aren’t afraid to be joyful, energetic, and a little silly

• Want to grow in their own relationship with the Lord

• Are excited to share their faith through word and example

• Thrive outdoors and enjoy being part of a close-knit team

As a member of the OLMC Summer Camp Adventure Staff, you’ll help lead our core camp experiences: Explore Day Camp, Family Camping and High School Mission Week. Together, we create a place where campers can unplug from the noise of everyday life, encounter the beauty of nature, build authentic friendships, and experience the Catholic faith lived fully.

Serving on Summer Camp Adventure Staff is a paid, full-time commitment for six-seven weeks, beginning with a week of training before camp begins. It’s a summer filled with long days, big laughs, deep prayer, and friendships that last well beyond August.

It’s challenging. It’s joyful. It’s the hardest job you’ll ever be so glad you had.

Summer Camp Adventure Staff applicants must be age 18+ and available from June 14-July 31, 2026. This position pays $450/week.
